Kevin has really grown up a lot over the past few months. He carries around a pad and pen and asks Rob and I to write all these different words for him. He usually goes in categories, for example, one day he may be on a letter "L" kick. So he will ask us to spell all different words that begin with the letter "L" So it really depends on the day what we are spelling :) He is getting really good at writing letters and words. We passed Red Lobster the other night and he said, "Look mommy "Lobster" That made me think that all this writing of words we do is really paying off because he has started to read a little. We were reading a book the other night and he read recognized and read three words together for me. It was amazing. Below is a letter he wrote to his teacher. It says, "Dear Ms. Linda, Have a nice day. Love Kevin. Im so amazed with how clear it turned out. I think his teacher was too!! He also cleaned his room and made his bed for the first time the other day! He has been such a big boy these days. I cant believe he will be five in a few short days!! Where o' where has time gone!
