Today is Monday August 1, 2011. The day before my scheduled csection. I made it to 37 weeks...which my doctor told me she didnt think I would do. Tomorrow is the big day. The babies are going to make their debue into the world :)
At 10:30am we had an appointment at North West Medical Center to do all the preop testing. They took my bloodwork and I was hoping my platelet count would go up so can have my spinal during my csection. Guess we will find out tomorrow.
After that was all said and done...we hung out for the rest of the day...trying to get everything finished before the babies come. We had our traditional "Last Supper" only this year we couldnt go out because I was on bedrest. Instead we ordered out ceasar salads, stuffed mushrooms, and potato algratin from Ruth Chris. And Bang Bang Shrimp from The Bone Fish. It was so yummy and really hit the spot!
I found out at my hospital appointment this am that I was bumped up so instead having to be there at 8am for a 10:00am procedure...we had to be there at 7:00am for a 9:00 procedure.
Im so excited and nervous at the same time! Not sure what to think! Cant wait to meet my boys! Off to enjoy one last "good" night of sleep! :)
