Kevin and Kira Meet the Babies

Today is a special day! Kevin and Kira came to visit me at the hospital and meet the babies! Rob had gone home last night to help Diane with the kids. We debated on whether we should bring Kevin and Kira to the hospital to meet the babies or if we should just wait until we got home. I just didnt want them to lose interest after a few minutes and run around like maniacs. Rob said Kevin kept asking about me and them so we deceided to bring them in.

Kira walked into the door and ran across the room to the babies who were laying on the bed. She yelled out "My babies!" She was like a kid at Christmas. She hovered over them and galked over them. She was so happy! She kept putting her face up to them, talking to them and kissing them. It was really very sweet! Kevin was more standoffish and cautious around the babies. He was unsure and didnt want to go up to them right away. He wanted to watch me hold them on the couch for a little while. Then both Kevin and Kira sat next to us and held the babies. They probably could have held them all day. They didnt want to let them go....but had to shortly later because the nurse came and took them for their circumcisums.

It was a really nice couple hours and Im glad my family was all together :)
