Walk for a Child

Every year we participate in a charity event called Walk for a Child. It benefits children who suffer from violence, poverty, abuse, and are who in homeless shelters. We usually do the 1 mile walk. This year since the babies were only a month we decided not to do the walk....but instead just go walk around and let the kids get out of the house. Rob stayed home with the babies. Kevin, Kira, and I went really early (around 8:15am) and had lots of fun on the inflatibles.  We walked around, got something to eat, and met up with Jesse, Courtney, and Benson for a little while. The kids went on some inflatibles together before we packed it up and went home. It was nice for Kevin and Kira to burn some energy. I was so proud of Kevin because the last time he went on a big slide like the one here...he tumbled down it and got a big burn on his arm. This time after being a little hesitant...tried it again...and success!! Here are some pictures:
